They are hiring someone to perform and track EPP!! They have done a lot but not a lot of data tracking around it. For example, they buy EPEAT but did not answer the questions around dollar spend. So i'm saying low but could have been medium and they do things but there is no data.

They reduced their meat procurement but they increased their cost. I bet they went to healthier meat but i don't have those details. Didn't answer the question around a farmers market. Didn't have data on beverages. Got rid of styrofoam and have reusable dishware.

While they do a lot of things i.e. waste segregation, SUD, fluid management etc they don't always have the data that goes with it. I can relate, though.
